Cohorts
A cohort is a group of traders on the same plan — for example everyone who joined a desk this month. Traivo tracks each trader's scores over time and flags who is ready to move on.
Readiness
Readiness is defined by the desk lead: a minimum score on chosen dimensions over a number of sessions. Traivo only reports it; promotion is always a human decision.
